1. Orders with a net value between £0 - £49.99 10% discount regardless of product group, carriage £20.00
2. Orders having a net value between £50.00 - £129.99 carriage £20.00
3. Orders with a net value above £130.00 - carriage paid
4. Next day delivery charge UK & Scotland (except Highlands + Islands) £20.00 per parcel
5. Highlands, Islands + Offshore - minimum order value for carriage paid £200 carriage £55.00

All requests must be emailed to wendy.sargent(at)mennekes.co.uk.
We generally only accept returned parts that meet the following requirements:

1. Unused, in it's original packaging, undamaged and resaleable
2. That all parts are current UK catalogue items and no more than 12 months old
3. If consent is given, goods must be returned to Orpington, carriage paid with documentation providing the invoice number against which the products were supplied
4. A 35% handling charge will be applied.

NB Special products built to customer's specification are non-returnable
